Service Description

*£45 per hour, with each session lasting between 2 to 6 hours based on your individual needs* This is when we can ideally be working in your home together. I can meet you outwith your home to have discussions and plan if you prefer, but it is often helpful to have access to your home so that I can physically help you as well. I tend to meet people once a week until they feel better, but we can adapt this to your individual needs. Each session will begin with a general discussion about how you have been feeling on the journey so far, and about how you have managed any tasks we agreed upon from our last session. We can explore any difficulties that have came up for you and confirm a plan for the session ahead. We will always work in ways that best suit you and your preferences. Some people like to have regularly scheduled breaks, whilst others prefer to work a task to completion. We will have regular check-ins throughout the session to ensure you are coping well and I may suggest some ideas to help along the way. During this time we will ideally be working with items in your home and reorganising them when possible. If we come across any items you are happy to be taken out of your home, I can do this myself and/or facilitate the process (e.g. bulk uplift). At the end of each session we will take some time to have a discussion around: 1. What did we do today? 2. What was difficult? 3. What worked well? 4. "Homework" i.e something for you to work on or think about between sessions 5. Plan for next session. ***I will provide you with a notepad for us to take notes on these topics at the end of the session. It is encouraged that you use this to reflect on your progress and to note anything you would like to discuss.***
